We work hard to describe and picture our equipment accurately. Even so, specifications, images, and details are provided for general guidance and may vary slightly, and minor updates or improvements can occur. Product availability is not guaranteed and may change without notice.

If a product you ordered is unavailable or a material error appears in its description or price, we will contact you and, where appropriate, offer a correction, replacement, or full refund.

06Pricing & Payment

All prices are shown in U.S. dollars and, as explained in our Tax Policy, are all-inclusive: applicable taxes and fees are built in, with no hidden charges at checkout. Optional upgrades, such as Express Delivery, are clearly shown before you pay.

We accept payment through PayPal and major credit and debit cards via secure, encrypted checkout. By submitting payment, you confirm you are authorized to use the chosen payment method. We never accept payment by wire transfer, cryptocurrency, gift cards, or third-party messaging apps.

07Orders & Acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. A confirmation message acknowledges we received it, but a binding contract forms only when we accept and process your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues. If we cancel an order you've paid for, you'll receive a full refund.

08Shipping & Delivery

We offer free standard shipping and optional express delivery across the United States, to both residential and business addresses. Delivery timelines, freight handling, and our ramp-lift unloading are described in full in our Shipping Policy. Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed.

09Returns, Refunds & Warranty

Your purchase is backed by clear, generous protection:

• A 60-day return window on eligible items, as set out in our Return & Refund Policy.
• A 4-year machine warranty and 1-year parts & attachments warranty, plus Buyer Protection, as set out in our Warranty & Buyer Protection page.

10Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including our brand name, logo, text, product descriptions, photography, graphics, and design, is owned by American Skid Steers or its licensors and is protected under U.S. copyright, trademark, and DMCA law. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or use our content without our prior written permission. We actively monitor for and pursue infringement and impersonation.

11Acceptable Use

When using our website, you agree not to:
