How do I track my freight shipment?

Once your machine ships, we will email you the Freight Carrier Name and Tracking/PRO Number.

  • Note: Unlike small parcels, freight tracking may not update in real-time on a map. The carrier will call you 24 hours before delivery.

What if my machine arrives damaged?
    • Inspect Immediately: You must inspect the machine while the driver is present.

      • Visible Damage: Note it on the Bill of Lading (BOL) before signing.

      • Reporting: Contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage. We will arrange for replacement parts or a claim.

What Is Your Return Policy?

Pack the item securely (include all accessories/original packaging) and write the RA number inside the box and on the label if requested.
