Reseller Requirements

  • Operate a legitimate business (physical store, independent e-commerce site, or established marketplaces).
  • Provide a valid business license or tax ID (where applicable).
  • Commit to representing the American Skid Steer brand professionally across all channels.

Brand Representation

  • Accurately represent products and uphold American Skid Steer’s brand image.
  • Use of logos, images, and descriptions must follow American Skid Steer guidelines.
  • Edits to official content must remain accurate and non-misleading.

Sales Channels

  • Own-site sales are encouraged; reputable marketplace sales are permitted.
  • Retailers must comply with each channel’s terms and policies.
  • No channel conflicts (e.g., misleading bundles or listings).

Prohibited Practices

  • Purchasing for personal use under a wholesale account.
  • Reselling to other wholesalers/distributors without authorization.
  • Misrepresenting product condition, specifications, or warranty terms.
  • Any activity that harms American Skid Steer’s reputation or violates laws/policies.

Account Approval & Order Acceptance

  • American Skid Steer reviews and approves wholesale applications at its discretion.
  • Orders may be refused or canceled for fraud, policy violations, or other legitimate reasons.

Payment Terms

  • Prepaid: All wholesale orders must be paid in full prior to shipment.
  • Accepted: PayPal, Major cards via PayPal, ACH/wire (for approved accounts).

Shipping

  • Orders ship from our warehouse; carrier is selected per order size and destination.
  • Tracking details are provided upon dispatch.

Free Shipping

  • Shipping Terms: Wholesale orders for heavy machinery (Excavators, Skid Steers) include Free Freight Shipping within the Continental United States. Note: A forklift or loading dock is required at the receiving facility for unloading.
  • Oversized or special items may be excluded; if applicable, we will notify you before fulfillment.

Fulfillment

  • Orders typically process within 1–3 business days after payment. Freight delivery times typically range from 7 to 21 business days.
  • Bulk/B2B orders accepted; coordinate palletized/scheduled deliveries in advance.

Returns & Order Issues

  • If purchased through American Skid Steer, contact us to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) and instructions.
  • Unauthorized returns will be refused. Equipment must be unused, in original crates/packaging, and include all manuals. Restocking fees of up to 15% may apply to non-defective wholesale returns.

Damaged Items

  • Inspect shipments upon arrival and report issues within 48 hours with photos and order details. You must note any visible damage on the Bill of Lading (BOL) before the driver leaves.
  • We will work quickly to resolve with replacement, credit, or another appropriate remedy.
